How do I secure a date?
To secure your party, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due on the day of your party on arrival.

Is there a minimum number of children required for a party?
A minimum of 10 children is required per party booking. We also have a max of 30 children per party
If you wish to book more than 30 guests we offer an exclusive party package

What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel:
90+ days before your party - full deposit refunded.
60 days before - 50% of your deposit refunded.
30 days or less - deposit is non-refundable. -
Can I add extra guests after I book?
Extra party guests can be added up to 1 week before your booking. Any additional costs will be added to your final bill and paid on the day.
Additional Adult guests can be paid for on the day.

What happens if we need to reschedule?
We know little ones can sometimes be poorly - party bookings can be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the party date. Subject to availability.

What if some party guests are too young for the catering?
We offer our Little Gathering package, where catering is focused on adults. If younger siblings attend older parties, we simply ask that standard entry tickets are added to your booking.

Who is responsible for the children?
Our team will be on hand to support with supervision and soft-play rule compliance, but children remain the responsibility of their grown-ups at all times.

Can we bring our own food?
You’re welcome to bring a birthday cake. No other external food or drink, unless for allergens we can’t accommodate. Allergen details must be provided in line with Natasha’s Law.

Can we decorate the party room?
Every party includes access to an exclusive party area in our treetop mezzanine. You can arrive up to 20 minutes before your booking to decorate and make it your own.
